Each sample captures the character of one of our three signature fragrances:
Velvet Rose - a rich, velvety floral inspired by the elegance of Parisian boutique hotels.
Powder Touch - a soft, powdery blend of white musk, delicate florals and cashmere wood for lovers of clean, timeless luxury.
Herbal Whisper - a fresh botanical anti-moth fragrance with lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary and cedarwood that naturally helps protect your wardrobe.
Please note: Complimentary scent samples are currently available to UK customers only and are limited to one sample pack per customer, while stocks last.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the UK, and we aim to dispatch them within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email with further details. Delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Click & Collect
For those based in central London, we offer Click & Collect from Loop Generation store at 171–175 Draycott Avenue, London SW3 3AJ. Simply select this option at checkout and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, please contact us at hello@clealondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note that returns are only accepted for items that remain unused, in their original condition, and with the medallion seal unopened and intact.
